Bellevue, Washington has a population of 125,000 and has about 5 reliable health insurance companies that offer individual health coverage. That being said we are only going to look at four of them as Premera Blue Cross is still waiting to issue plans for Bellevue in 2011.
So which plan qualify as a great deal in Bellevue health insurance this year for you? Well in order to be fair I used a makeshift budget of $135 or less and chose the best plans I could here for a 35 year old male. I usually don’t this in this manner because sometimes it creates an unfair contrast as in an HSA vs. a traditional plan which it did here in fact, but because there are a limited number of plans I went down this road. But still I would recommend running your own Bellevue health insurance quote or calling us at 888-803-5917 for assistance.
As you can see below the Regence plan is an HSA plan and the other 3 plans are traditional. This is frankly because Regence Blue Shield is just too darn expensive in Washington and is not a great value for my age group at least.
From the other 3 plans, they are all very similar indeed and therefore I am choosing Group Health as my Bellevue company because it has unlimited office visits with a copay not to mention that it is about 20% less than the other plans from KPS and LifeWise.
So who is in second place? LifeWise is just because they are stronger in Bellevue based on a number of factors, but really the margin would be very slim and might be entirely different in your age band. I really recommend running your own quote, and because of health reform, things are changing very quickly here and might be different by the end of this year.
