Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP)

The Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Act of 2000 allows states to provide full Medicaid benefits to uninsured women who are found in need of treatment for breast and/or cervical cancer or pre-cancerous lesions (CIN 2/3 or atypical hyperplasia). South Carolina Medicaid covers two options: Best Chance Network patient and Non-Best Chance Network patient. The eligibility criteria for each option are as follows:
