PreferredOne for One
An individual health plan for only one member, these plans cover the first three office visits with a primary care doctor for $35, and include unlimited access to retail clinics and online doctor visits for $10. Generic prescriptions are also covered before you reach the deductible for a reasonable copay. With several upfront benefits, these plans are a great value and provide 80/20 coinsurance after deductible on most hospital services, and a copay for emergency care, as well.
High Deductible HSA
As with most high-deductible, HSA-compatible plans, PreferredOne offers coverage in full after deductible on nearly every service. Office visits, prescriptions, hospital care, maternity, urgent care, and surgery are all included in the deductible. Preventive care is available at any time for no additional cost when using an in-network provider. Regardless of the deductible you choose, your plan will cover all of the services you need at 100 percent when you reach that amount. Members also have access to the health club discount to maintain wellness.
A new plan from PreferredOne, Pathway Copay plans offer the benefit structure of a comprehensive plan, with unlimited office visits, convenient care, and online visits for a copay. After your deductible is met, the plan covers 80 percent of your major medical costs, including maternity. Urgent care is also covered at copay for your first visit, and the same goes for emergency room services. Chiropractic is also available in limited quantities for a copay, and occupational, physical and speech therapy are covered upfront with no limit.
Individuals and families in select counties also have access to a new HSA option from PreferredOne in Minnesota. These plans pay 100 percent after deductible for all included benefits, from office visits to hospitalization.
