We make tough decisions easy for your employees by supplying them with the resources they need to become educated, cost-conscious health care consumers. They can learn about treatment options for a recent diagnosis, determine which hospital has the best results treating similar cases, and even find out what to expect after surgery. Florida Compare Care
Based on data collected by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), this tool evaluates Florida’s short-term acute care hospitals and ambulatory (outpatient) surgery centers. On this site, you may search these facilities for information such as re-admission rates, mortality rates and complication/infection rates. Searches may be done by county, city or zip code.

Search hospitals by name, location, procedure/condition or overall quality. Ratings and cost estimates are easy to understand, with side-by-side comparisons and detailed profiles. This tool can help you manage your healthcare costs and avoid complications associated with poor care.

ER v. Urgent Care Centers
Knowing the difference between when to go to the Emergency Room (ER), or when an Urgent Care Center will do, can save you time and money. More than half of all ER visits are for minor, non-urgent problems. That means paying three to four times more than you would if you were to go to an Urgent Care Center.
