The big winner in this year JD Power health insurance review? Kaiser! Those guys are at the forefront of the health reform issue and they make their determinations and conclusions regardless of the effect that it has on their business. I am very impressed with Kaiser in California health insurance. The Blue Cross Blue Shield mess? Not so much. Cigna is pretty good but as a new entrant to the California health insurance market so it is unfair to lump them in with the other competitors. But this year, the best in show? California health insurance from Kaiser!
