In my inbox tonight was this little trinket from you-tube. I have quite a bit of knowledge and experience under my belt and I can tell you that this is a hoax. It wouldn’t even make sense. Just like they don’t ask on most health insurance applications if you have a criminal history, as this would certainly not impede you from coverage. I can see why they would decline to cover the condition should it happen regularly, but can say confidently that this would not happen.
This is obviously a joke, no where on a health insurance application does it ask whether you’ve been a victim of domestic abuse. I will be the first one to criticize the health insurance industry but this has got to a be a joke although I am not sure whether domestic abuse is really funny.
